Our ingredients are “real foods” – they are unprocessed and free of preservatives. Primal Kitchen chefs do not use grains, wheat (flour), refined sugar. We use real food like quality fresh produce – vegetables, herbs and fruit, locally supplied meat and eggs.
All of our meals are made with high quality meat cuts sourced from local suppliers.
Our regular meals have around 150 grams of high quality protein and warrior meals have 250 grams of protein.
We source our fruits and vegetables from local growers, and change the weekly menu based on what is fresh and in season. Our primal meals are fueled with delicious, wholesome vegetables, utilizing lower-carb options to give you the healthiest meals possible.
Nuts and seeds
Primal snacks and meals use a variety of tree nuts and seeds to add nutrition as well as great flavour to your food.
Our meals and packaged products use coconut, almond, tapioca, and flax meals instead of traditional white(flours) and grains. These healthier choices are great for baking, though like anything, should be eaten in moderation as they are very nutrient-dense.
All of our primal meals and snacks are cooked with healthy fats and oils, including coconut oil, olive oil, ghee, and animal fat.
We occasionally use sweeteners to help make our primal food delicious, but always use natural, healthier options including honey, dates, coconut sugar and high-quality dark chocolate. Though these sweeteners are much healthier choices than refined sugars, they should still be eaten in moderation.
The occasional use of dairy is part of what separates “paleo” and “primal” eating. We occasionally use full-fat dairy products in our food, but will always offer a dairy-free option for those who cannot tolerate dairy in their diets.

Living primal means we will never use grains, wheat(flour), refined sugars, soy, legumes and artificial stuff. Your body will thank you!
