A yummy cinnamon and raisin muffin. Mix makes 12 muffins
Ingredients: tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, raisins, baking soda, gluten free baking powder, coconut sugar and salt.
To make: add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk ( or for dairy free use coconut milk or almond milk) and 1/3 cup olive oil or melted coconut oil
